What to Wear This Fourth of July

Fourth of July has always been one of my favorite holidays to celebrate, from the fireworks to BBQs  and hot summer weather  to sizzling summer style. Americans celebrate the Fourth of July in so many diverse ways, some may spend the day at a posh lake house, or chilling poolside, while others have a casual backyard BBQ with family and friends. This year, I’m going to a Fourth of July brunch and my second stop is a BBQ in the park. No matter the setting I am giving you some style inspiration on what to wear this Fourth of July!

American Beauty: Fourth of July Look

For my first Fourth of July look, I wanted to offer you stylish and traditional chic option.  When I think of Fourth of July style, my thoughts usually lean more on the casual and comfort side. Who said a Fourth of July looks  can’t be  polished?!  This Eva Mendes peplum sheath dress is so perfect for the Fourth of July and summer. The white piping pops off the deep blue hue of the dress. The classic strapless silhouette, flirty and feminine peplum,  and cascading ruffle detail are truly stunning.

For this look, I wanted to embody the essence of 1950’s feminine style. White pumps and cute star banana topped off this look. Overly dramatic American flag fashion is not my thing. Instead,  I like to add subtle hints of the flag, like these cute American flag inspired socks! I plan on rocking this look to a Fourth of July brunch I am attending this week.  Wedding,  bridal shower, or  date night this dress is perfect! Where would you rock this look?

Red, White, and Cute: Fourth of July Look 

Red, white, and cute! My second look is all about cute and casual style for the Fourth of July holiday. My striped cami fit and flare dress is soo my everyday style. This is the perfect Fourth of July look, because it gives you the essence of  the flag’s stars and stripes.  The perfect red strappy sandal completes this cute and comfy look. Another style option could be pairing with some cute sneakers!

Stripes and Swim: Fourth of July Look

It’s Fourth of July and me, of course there’s a swimsuit option! For my third look, I wanted to give you a swimsuit option that was both sexy and comfortable. Whether you are in your 20s or 50s,  petite or plus,  this is such a great Fourth of July swimsuit. Again, embodying the essence of the American flag, the bold stripes of this swimsuit are amazing. The orangish-red, blue, and white stripes is going to pop off of everyone’s skin tone. The front-tie knot is so perfect!  Poolside or shore-side, you are guaranteed to shine this Fourth of July!
